Lynchburg, VA - One of the suspects charged with the first degree murder of a Lynchburg man has been denied bond.According to the Lynchburg Commonwealth's Attorney's office, the murder of Lawrence Giusto was gang-related. A District Court judge denied bond for Andrew Marcus Banks of Lynchburg Friday morning. Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Jeff Bennett said Banks brought a gun into the red SUV, but did not shoot it. According to Bennett, Banks held open the tailgate of the SUV, so others could open fire on Giusto.
