      Roanoke, VA - Roanoke Police say a suspect is in custody in connection with Wednesday morning's lockdown at Virginia Western Community College.

      Police say the suspect never made it to campus, but they alerted the school about a possible threat.

      There is no word on what the suspect was wanted for or whether the suspect was armed.
