Two Charges Dismissed Against Lexington Driver in Fatal Accident
Rockbridge Co., VA - Two charges have been dismissed against the Lexington woman who was driving a car that crashed in May, killing two children.
Ashley Baker had a court appearance in Rockbridge County General District Court Wednesday.
A judge dismissed two charges of having improper brakes and driving on a revoked license.
Baker was found guilty of not having a child restraint, and will have to pay a $50.
Baker, her sister and four children were involved in the wreck that killed both Baker's daughter and her sister's daughter.
