Two Charged After Suspected Meth Lab Raid in Rocky Mount

Rocky Mount, VA - Two people are facing charges after investigators say they raided a suspected meth lab in Rocky Mount.

Investigators say they acted on a tip saying there was suspicious activity on Walnut Street.

They say they saw people leaving from the home, and once they searched it, they found suspected meth and manufacturing equipment.

Frank Austin, 40, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute and possession of materials used to make meth. He's being held on a $5,000 secured bond.

Dennis Underwood, 42, is charged with selling or giving a controlled substance. He has been released on a secured $10,000 bond.
