Montgomery Co., VA - A welfare check on an elderly man turned into a meth lab bust in Montgomery County Tuesday.
The Sheriff's Office says they were called out to a house on Eskeridge Road when they found a meth lab.
The elderly man and two other people were taken out of the home.
Matthew Cook, 27, and Christina Clark, 25, have been charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Cook was also charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
The elderly man and two deputies were treated for exposure to the meth lab.
