      Tuna SaladBy: Chef Emerald ColemanIngredients:12 oz fresh Tuna steak1 tbsp Celery, finely diced1 tbsp Onion, finely diced1 tbsp small Capers1/3 cup Mayonnaise1 tbsp Lemon juiceSalt & pepper, to tasteDirections:1. Poach or grill tuna steak and allow to cool.2. Combine tuna and other ingredients.3. Toss and coat with mayonnaise.
