Trooper Killed In Line Of Duty To Be Added To Memorial
Richmond, VA - A State Trooper from Pulaski County who was killed while on assignment at the State Fair last year is one of the names to be added to the Commonwealth Public Safety Memorial once it is built. Trooper Andrew Fox was killed after being hit by an SUV while directing traffic.
In all 843 names are planned for the memorial.
Construction on the memorial is set to begin this summer in Richmond's Capitol Square.
Trooper Fox is originally from Tazewell.
