      Training Program Helps 10 Miler First Timers

      Lynchburg, VA - For first timers looking to run this year's Genworth Virginia Ten Miler, training is a must.Areva's SAFE strides program is the perfect solution. It aims to take beginner or intermediate runners through a series of running workouts to get them into tip-top ten miler shape.The workouts are anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes long. Starting July 17th, teams will meet at the downtown and Jamerson YMCAs where they're taken out by running coaches.You can register for the program here.
