Three Wanted in Pittsylvania Co. for Stealing Lottery Tickets
Pittsylvania Co., VA - Officials in Pittsylvania County are looking for three people they say stole lottery tickets from a store in Brosville on May 4.
Deputies with the sheriff's office say they responded to a burglary alarm at the Barbers One Stop off Martinsville Highway. When they got there, they found the front door of the store had been broken out.
The store owner said lottery tickets were missing, and investigators later confirmed that those tickets had been redeemed at various stores in Henry County, Martinsville, Franklin County, Rocky Mount and Roanoke later that May 4 morning.
Surveillance video shows three people that officials say redeemed those stolen lottery tickets. Deputies believe they were driving a white two-door Ford Explorer.
