Three Men Charged With Breaking Into Danville Home
Danville, VA - Three men have been charged with breaking into a Danville home Thursday.
Police say 21-year-old Marcus Banks Junior, 18-year-old Jesse Marable, and 18-year-old Xavier Breedlove have all been charged.
Just before noon Thursday, police say they got to Seminole Drive and found five men breaking into a home in the 400 block.
All were detained.
Banks, Junior is also charged with grand larceny of firearms, gang recruitment, and possession of marijuana.
He is currently being held in the Danville City Jail with no bond.
Marable and Breedlove are also charged with grand larceny of firearms.
Marable is currently being held in the Danville City Jail under a $5,000 secured bond.
Breedlove was released from the Danville City Jail after posting a $5,000 secured bond.
All three are from Danville.
The two other males found are juveniles and charges are pending against them.
