Thousands Attend LU Premiere of Kirk Cameron Film

Lynchburg, VA - Liberty University's Vines Center transformed into a movie theatre Tuesday.

Thousands watched the world premiere of Kirk Cameron's latest film, Unstoppable. Cameron's premiering the film in 700 venues nationwide, via satellite. The evangelical themed movie poses the question, "Why do bad things happen to good people?"

Facebook and YouTube had both banned the trailer for the film. That didn't stop a massive crowd from seeing it though.

"He's very biblically based and the things I've watched from him in the past, I respect him as a man of God, a man of faith, and so it's important to hear," said Matt Wiese, who went to see the film.

The movie will air again on October 3rd and will eventually be out on DVD.
