Bedford Co., VA - A third man involved in the theft and destruction of a nativity scene last year in Bedford County is going to jail.

John Killgo pleaded guilty Friday to petit larceny and property damage charges.

He'll spend 60 days in jail.

Killgo has already completed 100 hours of community service and paid Shiloh United Methodist Church more than 5-hundred dollars restitution.

A photo posted online last December shows Killgo, Matthew Barringer, Scott Cooley and two juveniles posing with the nativity scene.

Barringer and Cooley were sentenced earlier this year.
