Lynchburg's Phil Vassar will be back in his hometown Thursday, April 5 at Phase 2. The country music superstar will perform his hits at the Phil Vassar and Friends Benefit Concert. He'll be on stage at 7:30 p.m. and proceeds will go toward the Miller Home. Tickets are $32.{}

Baseball loversit's that time again! The Lynchburg Hillcats will be home to kick off the 2012 season on Friday, April 6. Bring your whole family to Lynchburg City Stadium as the HillCats take the field at 6 p.m. There will be giveaways and fireworks.

Easter Sunday is here, and you and your kids can celebrate at two places in town. Amazement Square will have an egg hunt at 10 a.m. Sunday. There will also be crafts, activities and a scavenger hunt. That's free with admission to the museum.

And the Red Hill Patrick Henry National Memorial will also have an Easter Egg Hunt Sunday at 10 a.m. Enjoy the day outside as kids look for eggs and collect goodies. This is free and will go until noon.
