Tagg Romney Stops in Southside to Campaign
Update 5:30 p.m.:
Danville, VA - The Romney bus rolled through the Southside Wednesday.
Tagg Romney, the son of Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, made a stop in Danville to talk to voters.
So many people came out, that attendees were barely able to fit inside the Republican Victory Center on Piney Forest Road.
Delegate Danny Marshall and Congressman Robert Hurt introduced Romney, who spoke about how important the Commonwealth will be in the upcoming election.
"We need to work like we're down by 10 votes and there's an hour left to go. Each one of you - we need your help. We have to win here in Virginia," he said.
Romney also spoke to voters in South Boston as part of his Southside visit.
Danville, VA - Mitt Romney's oldest son is returning to our area to campaign for his father Wednesday.
At 12:45 p.m., Tagg Romney will be at the Danville Republican Victory headquarters on Piney Forest Road.
This event is open to the public. The group will then head to South Boston after his Danville stop.
Tagg Romney was in Lynchburg for a campaign stop on October 11.
