  • 15 oz Hokkien noodles
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 bunch Baby bok choy, leaves separated & stems chopped


1. Cook the Hokkein noodles in boiling water. {}Drain and set aside.

2. Place a wok over high heat. When very hot, add oil.

3. Stir fry chicken until cooked, about 5 minutes.

4. Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, bok choy, and noodles.

5. Cook for about 7 minutes.

Serve hot.
