Danville, VA- God's Storehouse and the U.S. Postal Service in Danville came together for a worthy cause on Saturday.

This is the 20th year that the Postal workers have held their annual food drive to help feed the hungry.

This year God's storehouse gave them a hand.

Last year they collected 19,000 pounds of food; from the looks of things today they will surely surpass that number.

Numerous volunteers from the community came out and unloaded trucks and sorted food all day long.
