Spaghetti with Brown Butter and Mizithra Cheese

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Mizithra cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz Spaghetti


1. Cook Spaghetti according to package directions.

2. While the Spaghetti is cooking, heat Butter over medium heat. {}Let the Butter cook until it is a light caramel color. Set aside.

3. Drain the Spaghetti.

4. Pour the Butter into a small dish, being careful to leave behind the solids that have settled to the bottom of the pan.

5. Mix the Butter, Spaghetti, and most of the cheese.

6. Garnish with the remaining cheese.
