Sesame Chicken Dip

  • 2 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken breast, shredded and cooked
  • 3 pkg Reduced-fat cream cheese,{}(8 oz.each)
  • 8 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts,{}chopped
  • 2 cups Fresh baby spinach,{}chopped
  • 1 jar Sweet-and-sour sauce,{}(10 oz.)


1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic, and chicken. {}Seal bag and turn to coat. {}Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Spread cream cheese onto a large serving platter and top with chicken mixture. {}Sprinkle with onions, peanuts and spinach. {}Drizzle with sweet-and-sour sauce.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve with crackers.
