      Ingredients:

      • 3Lb. Salmon, poached
      • 5 oz. Celery, finely chopped
      • 3 oz. Red onion, finely chopped
      • 4Tbsp. Capers
      • 2Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
      • 3Tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
      • 2Tbsp. Sugar
      • 1Tsp. Dill, finely chopped

      Directions:

      Combine all ingredients and mix until just bound together. {}You do not want mushy salad.
