Roanoke, VA - Utility work at Roanoke's Main Library has been completed allowing it to reopen Monday morning.
The library closed down last Thursday as crews worked to reroute electrical lines.
The work is part of the ongoing renovations to Elmwood Park, which surrounds the library. the park is being converted into a multi-use amphitheater.
It is the second time in the past month the library has been closed due to the construction. The park is set to reopen over Labor Day weekend later this summer.
