Roanoke Fire Consumes Two Homes, Displaces Three

Roanoke, VA - Three people are without a home after a fire consumed two homes in Roanoke Saturday.
According to Roanoke Fire-EMS spokesperson Tiffany Bradbury, firefighters were called to the 500 block of Marshall Avenue at 2:56 p.m.
Two homes had heavy flames coming from them.
No one was injured in the fire, Bradbury said.
There is no word on damage estimates. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The three people displaced are being assisted by the American Red Cross.

Flames were shooting out of one home, and pictures sent into ABC 13 show a neighboring home also on fire.
