      Reuben Pizza

      Reuben Pizza By: Chef Emerald Coleman

      Ingredients:

      • 1Boboli whole wheat pizza crust
      • 1/2 CupThousand Island Salad dressing
      • 2Cups Shredded swiss cheese
      • 6OzDeli sliced corned beef, {}cut in strips
      • 1 CupSauerkraut, rinsed & drained
      • 1/4 CupDill pickles, chopped

      Directions:

      1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

      2. Place pizza crust on a sheet pan and spread the salad dressing on top of the crust.

      3. Spread half of the cheese on top of the dressing-covered crust.

      4. Arrange sauerkraut over the cheese, then the corned beef.

      5. Next, spread pickles - then the last of the cheese.

      6. Bake in preheated oven until cheese melts and pizza is toppings are heated through.

      Allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
