      Ravioli Lasagna

      Ingredients:

      • 1 1/4 cups Marinara sauce
      • 1 package refrigerated Cheese ravioli,{}(20-oz)
      • 1 box chopped Spinach, (10-oz); thawed and squeezed dry
      • 8 oz shredded part-skim Mozzarella
      • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese,{}grated

      Directions:

      1. Preheat oven to 375F.

      2. Lightly grease an 8-inch-square bakingdish. {}Spoon 1/4 cup marinara sauce over bottom of dish. {}Cover with half ofravioli.

      3. Spread half of remaining sauce over ravioli. {}Sprinkle on spinach andthen half of mozzarella.

      4. Repeat with remaining ravioli, marinara andmozzarella. {}Sprinkle top with Parmesan.

      5. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. {}Remove foil andbake until bubbling, about 10 minutes longer. {}Let cool for about 5 minutesbefore slicing.
