      Quick Chili

      Quick Chili By: Chef Michelle yield: 8-10 servings

      Ingredients:

      • 1 lb. Ground sirloin, browned
      • 1 lb. Ground pork, browned
      • 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
      • 1/2 ea Red onion, diced
      • 1 ea. Orange or Green pepper, diced
      • 2 Tbsp Granulated garlic
      • 2 Tbsp Granulated onion
      • 1/4 cup Sugar
      • 1/2 cup Chili powder
      • 2 cans Kroger Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes
      • 1 bottle Kroger Spicy Vegetable Cocktail Juice

      Directions:

      1.{} In a large stock pot, heat oil and saut onion, garlic, and peppers.

      2.{} Add ground sirloin and ground pork.

      3.{} Stir in all spices and sugar.{} Mix in diced tomatoes and vegetable juice.

      4.{} Cover and bring to a boil.{} Serve hot.
