Public Meeting Planned In Chatham To Discuss Deer Problem

Chatham, VA - A growing deer problem in Chatham has led town leaders to call a public meeting.Officials say residents have been experiencing property damage because of the animals, and they have been causing accidents within the city limits.A game warden and biologist will speak to residents April 30 at the Chatham fire station to discuss what can be done about the over population.The meeting will be held at 7 p.m.
