Police ID Three Men Shot in Parking Lot of Shell Station in Roanoke
Roanoke, VA - Officials have released the name of the three men shot in Roanoke Monday night.
It happened in the parking lot of the Shell gas station in the 2900 block of Hershberger Road.
Frank Cooper, 37, of Roanoke and Joshua Tyree Poindexter, 20 of Roanoke were shot and taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Officials say another man, Antonio Jermaine Gravely, 25, of Roanoke, was also shot at the same place and taken to the hospital.
Police are looking at surveillance video of the incident and are continuing to investigate.
No arrests have been made, and officers say they are receiving very limited cooperation from all of the witnesses.
Roanoke, VA - Roanoke Police are investigating a shooting that happened Monday night. Officers responded at approximately 8:30 p.m. Monday to the Shell Gas Station located in the 2900 block of Hershberger Road.
Upon arrival officers located two males who had been shot. They were transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Later, police discovered a third male was shot during the same incident. He was taken by a private vehicle to the hospital. No arrests have been made.
