Police Arrest Woman in Connection to String of Arsons in Accomack Co.

Accomack Co., VA - State police made a big arrest on the Eastern Shore Tuesday.

Police say they've charged a woman in connection with the latest in a string of arsons in Accomack County.

Officers arrested Tonya Bundick, 40, of Parksley just after midnight.

According to State Police, she was taken into custody near a vacant residence that had been set on fire about an hour earlier.

The damage to the building was minimal.

There have been more than 70 arsons in Accomack County since last November.

State Police have not yet said whether Bundick is connected to any of the others.
