Pittsylvania Co., VA - A Pittsylvania County man charged with stabbing a security officer is back in court.
Forty-eight-year-old Byron Clements was tried last year on one count of malicious wounding after police say he attacked the officer at a social security office.
That trial ended in a hung jury.
Wednesday was day one of what officials say will be a two day trial.
Clements' attorney says his client has struggled with psychiatric issues.
