Update: Person of Interest in Custody After Homicide

The Sheriff's Office has confirmed that 26-year-old Tony Witt has been taken into custody without incident in Campbell County and has been arrested.

Campbell Co., VA - The Campbell County Sheriff's Office has identified the victim as Barbara Martin, 53. They also say that the case is being considered a homicide.
Tony Witt, 26, is being called a person of interest and is still wanted. Stay tuned to ABC 13 for further updates.
Campbell Co., VA - Officials are looking for a man they say could be connected to a suspicious death of a woman found in her home Monday.
The Campbell County Sheriff's Office and the Lynchburg Police Department are searching for Anthony Dale Witt, 26, known as Tony Witt.
The sheriff's office is investigating the death of a woman found dead in an apartment on Spring Lake Drive in the Thomas Terrace housing development Monday afternoon.
Officials say they also have arrest warrants for Witt alleging credit card theft and credit card fraud from an August 3 incident.
Witt may driving a black 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer with VA tags XJL-8942. It has right rear quarter panel damage and also has a bumper sticker that says, "Are you a Good Witch or a Bad Witch".
Officials ask that you don't make contact with Witt. He is considered armed and dangerous.
