Parmesan Pork Chops

Serves 4-6


  • 1 pack of Bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 bottle Honey dijon mustard
  • 8oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper{}
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs

1.{} Mix mustard, half of cheese, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.

2.{} Remove chops from package and place in bowl with marinate.

3.{} Marinate chops for 30 min.

4.{} Take remaining cheese and mix with breadcrumbs and salt & pepper.

5.{} Remove chops from marinate - one at a time, and coat each side in crumb mixture.

6.{} Place on baking pan at 350 for 30 min
