Charlottesville, VA - A three-judge panel is trying to decide whether or not to broaden the appeal of former UVA lacrosse player George Huguely.
Tuesday, the Court of Appeals heard arguments from Huguely's attorneys.
The judges have already agreed to consider two trial errors.
Tuesday they urged the panel to consider other issues his attorneys raised after Huguely was convicted in the May 2010 beating death of Yeardley Love.
The judges did not immediately rule.
Huguely is serving a 23 year prison term.
