Lynchburg, VA - Virginia University of Lynchburg is down to just two board members.
In February, the school's annual report to the State Corporation Commission listed five members, but three of the five have left.
One former members says he left last year, another says her term expired earlier this year, and a third says he's no longer with the board. That leaves president Ralph Reavis, and one other.
The Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools says VUL is required to have a governing board, but isn't required to inform the organization of board changes to maintain its accreditation.
