Officials Investigating Roanoke House Fire

Roanoke, VA - A fire in Roanoke significantly damaged a house on Wayland Street Saturday morning.

Roanoke Fire / EMS responded to the 700 block of Wayland Street at around 10:45 a.m. to the house fire.

The fire was under control in about 15 minutes, according to spokesperson Tiffany Bradbury.

No one was injured in the blaze. Officials haven't determined an exact cause yet, but say it appears to be accidental.

The house was significantly damaged, Bradbury said.
