Lynchburg, VA - A well-known cafe in Lynchburg closed its doors back in March, but now a new owner is breathing life back into it again.
The White Hart in downtown opened Friday, and people are have been pouring in ever since.
The new owner, Abe Loper, says he was a big fan of The White Hart and thought if anyone could re-open it, he would be the one to do it.
He says he made it possible thanks to all of the community support.
"In fact, other business owners, and even other coffee shops just said 'We want to help you.' We want to help downtown Lynchburg. There were even some folks who have never been to White Hart who just wanted to be a part of revitalizing downtown and part of Main Street," said Loper.
From in house brewed coffee to local meats and cheeses, Loper says the cafe has a real community feel.
