Lynchburg, VA - Female business owners are making their voices heard in the Hill City.
A new group for female entrepreneurs has been created and the kick-off party is Tuesday night.
MOXIE is the group and it was created by the owner of The Clutch Guide, Jennifer Prince. The purpose is to connect women business owners so they can encourage and mentor one another. It is also a network where they can learn from each other and bounce ideas back and forth.
"I'm really excited to be able to provide this type of opportunity for women in our area. I feel like as a business owner that there are a lot of different hats that we wear in addition to being the business owner," said Jennifer Prince.
The kick-off is Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Tresca on 8th Street in Lynchburg.
