Mediterranean Roasted Green Beans
Mediterranean Roasted Green Beans By: Chef Emerald Coleman
- 1 Lb Fresh Green beans, ends trimmed
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
2. Place vegetables in a baking dish or on a sheet pan and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. You want the beans to still have some crunch.
Remove and serve.
