Christiansburg, VA - Former Virginia Tech football player Marcus Vick could be headed to jail again if he doesn't meet a judge's deadline.
A judge has given Vick until Friday to produce documentation about his financial status.
If he doesn't, Vick will spend five days in jail.
The legal trouble is part of a civil case.
The plaintiff's attorney says Vick signed a $40,000 promissory note in September 2008, but so far hasn't paid anything.
Vick's lawyer says he expects his client to comply with the order.
