Lynchburg, VA - The person who plowed into a Lynchburg car wash Monday night has come forward to make it right.

The owner of the Quik-E Mart gas station on Wards Road says the South Carolina man saw our story and confessed to his boss.

His company Dean Excavating and Grading has promised to cover all expenses.

They also had the employee drive up from South Carolina to apologize in person.

In exchange, the owner of the car wash has decided to drop criminal charges saying "it's the right thing to do."
