A grand jury indicted Robert Lee Philbrook, 27, on Monday. He's accused of killing John Philbrook, 73, and Virginia Philbrook, 72. They were found shot to death in their home back in February.
The reason why he is facing four capital murder charges is because the indictment includes two counts of capital murder during commission of a robbery. It also includes one capital count for killing more than one person within a year, and another for killing more than one person as part of the same transaction.
Philbrook also faces six robbery and firearms counts.
