Man Charged With Having Drugs at Danville Mall Will Spend 30 Days in Jail
Danville, VA - The man who faced drug possession charges while working as the Easter bunny in Danville will now serve time behind bars.
Joshua Bolling was arrested in Danville last April after he was working at the Piedmont Mall.
Police began investigating Bolling after complaints were received about his suspicious behavior during his breaks.
He was asked by officers to leave the public area where he was working, and was allowed to change out of his costume before he was arrested.
Friday, he was sentenced to 30 days for possession of oxymorphone.
