Man Caught Stealing From Roanoke CVS Pharmacy, Police Investigating

Roanoke, VA - Roanoke police are looking for a man they say stole money from a CVS Pharmacy in Roanoke Thursday morning.

Officers say it happened around 6:15 a.m. at the store on the 2000 block of Colonial Avenue.

They say a man demanded money from the cashier. He didn't display a weapon but said that he would "go crazy" in the store if the money was not given. The man left the store on foot with an unspecified amount of cash.

Police describe the man as a white in his teens or twenties. He's 5'7" and 160 lbs. He was clean shaven, wearing a blue hat, gray hooded sweatshirt , black shorts, dark socks and tennis shoes.
