      Lynchburg School Board Discussing Improvement Plans

      Lynchburg, VA - The Lynchburg School board will tackle everything from school improvement plans to a new shelter agreement on Tuesday.

      The principal of Paul Munro Elementary school will submit plans for improvement.

      Superintendent Doctor Scott Brabrand has directed every school to make a plan like this.

      The board will also take action on a shelter agreement with the American Red Cross.

      After the derecho this summer, the Superintendent has designated E.C. Glass High School and Sandusky Middle School as emergency shelters.

      The meeting is at 5:30p.m. Tuesday at the School Administration Building.
