Lynchburg, VA- The Lynchburg Museum will highlight the city's railroad history Friday night in a special exhibit for First Friday.
The exhibit features items given by various people in the community. The museum says Lynchburg has always been a transportation hub so they feel it's an important part of history to highlight. Pictures and old signs from railroad cars will be on display. The museum says one of their most rare items is a schedule of rates dating back to the 18-hundreds.
The exhibit will be up all weekend.
For First Fridays, admission to the museum is free.
