Lynchburg, VA - A planned apartment complex on Breezewood Drive is back on Lynchburg City Council's plate.
There's been much debate about the complex, especially the number of apartment units.
For Tuesday's talk, the developer has agreed to cap the number of units at 50. But the city must first agree to rezone the four acres of land the apartment could sit on.
Several other concerns about the site came up at an August council meeting, including traffic congestion and impact on a possible interchange there in the future.
