Lynchburg, Va. - Monday night many people got their fill of good food while helping keep others from going hungry at the same time. Phase 2 hosted Lynchburg Cooks for Hunger Relief.
More than 35 vendors offered up their signature dishes. While people were dining, they heard music from The Almost Brothers Band.
All the money raised goes to three area non-profits, dedicated to stopping hunger in our area.
Those organizations are the Central Virginia Area Agency on Aging, Piedmont Community Impact Organization, and Rivermont Area Emergency Food Pantry.
