Sentencing Underway for Lovingston Woman Convicted of Arson, Larceny
Nelson Co., VA - The sentencing for a Lovingston woman convicted of arson and larceny earlier this year is underway in Nelson County.A jury found Linda Blackwell guilty of arson and larceny back in March but acquitted her of a murder charge and arson charge connected to a fatal fire in 2009.The larceny convictions stem from payouts from Allstate and Liberty Mutual insurance agencies.The jury recommended five years in prison for each count of arson and five months for each count of larceny.
