      Lemon Pepper Asparagus

      Lemon Pepper Asparagus By: Chef Michelle Serves 4

      • 1 1/2 lb Asparagus, trimmed
      • 3 Tbsp Creole mustard
      • 3 Tbsp Lemon juice
      • 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
      • 1 Tbsp crushed Black pepper
      • Salt, to taste
      • 1/2 cup Olive oil
      • 6 oz Goat cheese, crumbled

      1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

      2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk mustard, lemon juice, chopped garlic, and pepper.

      3. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Toss with asparagus. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

      4. Place in a 350 F oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
