Keeling Returns to Heritage Lineup for Playoffs

Lynchburg - L.C.A. and V.E.S. have already won state private school titles, now Brookville and Heritage play for titles Saturday at L.U. A chance for FOUR Lynchburg teams to win state titles.

Brad Bradley has guided the Pioneers to the state title game in his first year as head coach. Heritage is happy to have number 52 Shapiro Keeling back in the lineup. The senior tore the meniscus in his knee in preseason and was told he'd probably be out the entire season. But with lots of help from Heritage athletic trainer Tony Tucker, Keeling was back for the Pioneers' first playoff game three weeks ago.
Shapiro Keeling, HERITAGE SENIOR LINEBACKER, said "First play I got in I caused a forced fumble, felt good after that. After that, I was a hunting machine. Nothing has been wrong with my knee, I told you Tony Tucker is a good trainer. He put me out there and got me ready for the playoffs."
