Judge Recommends Pittyslvania County Pay Attorney's Fees for Prayer Case

Pittsylvania Co.,-VA-- Pittsylvania County has been hit with a bill in its public prayer case with Barbara Hudson and the ACLU.

According to the ACLU, a magistrate judge recommended that the county pay Hudson around $53,000 in attorney costs.

Hudson asked the county back in April to award her around $60,000 after she won the legal battle over banning sectarian Christian prayer at the beginning of the board of supervisors meetings.

Both parties have two weeks to file an objection.
