Judge Finds Montgomery Co. Man Guilty of Sexually Abusing Children
Montgomery Co., VA - A Montgomery County judge has found a man guilty of two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
Danny Dillow, 47, entered an Alford plea Tuesday - meaning there is enough evidence to convict him, but he maintains his innocence.
The charges involve two separate victims.

Tuesday, a judge found Danny Dillow, 47, guilty of two counts of aggravated sexual battery. The charges involve two separate victims.
Prosecutors say in April 2012, Dillow touched an 11-year-old inappropriately at the Blacksburg Public Library. Then in June, they say Dillow touched a 7-year-old inappropriately in a Kroger store.
Officials say three other charges related to a 5-year-old victim were dropped.
Dillow was already a registered sex offender at the time of these offenses.
